Milling
NNatural Products Milling Services (NPMS), our sister company, has the capability of manufacturing to meet the specific needs of our customers. We operate seven mills and with further expansions planned, NPMS is capable of milling powders (10 mesh to 100 mesh), fine cuts, tea cuts, and cut and sifts, along with re-cleaning whole materials.
Individually isolated production white rooms eliminate cross-contamination. In addition, NPMS also utilizes magnets, separators, sifting boxes, and metal detectors when needed to ensure the quality of your products.
Operating 24 hours a day, NPMS strives to offer the quickest turnaround time possible. With a combined 200 years of milling experience and product knowledge within the spice and nutritional industries, the staff at NPMS provides unparalleled product quality and service.
Blending
NUtilizing stainless-steel ribbon blenders, BDS Natural Products has the ability to blend up to 5,000 lbs per batch. Our experienced staff provides uniform, thorough blending to ensure high-quality finished products.
Product expertise comprises seasoning blends, botanical powder blends, herbal tea blends, instant beverages, and nutritional blends.
We also offer a full array of Research and Development services to help you with product development in all your blending requirements.
